This was my first time contacting BCS and I was very pleased. I had a response to my weekend message answered by 8 Monday morning and a technician scheduled for 9. Dylan had my air conditioner up and running in short order! Everything was handled with much professionalism and courtesy from first call to friendly goodbye.

My service call was for the annual air conditioner check up. The technician explained what he was looking for and how the system sounds.

Previous local HVAC company replaced a defective capacitor. Orval determined motor had been replaced and new as well as old capacitor wired incorrectly. System should not have been running, but was operating. System rewired with necessary added capacitor.
