Noah introduced himself and was very friendly and nice. He dicussed my concerns with me and assured me that he would get things working properly. I noticed that he took special care to be clean as he entered my home. Noah was very knowledgeable and updated me several times as he was working on the issue. Through and detailed; that’s the way it went today. Zach was training a new technician and they tested and cleaned the air conditioning system. It is important and re assuring to get the feedback, the system is in good condition and ready for the summer cooling season.

It all started with the office staff. When I explained my situation that another guy was saying it was the induce motor or a whole new furnace and I didn't know what to do, the office lady reassured me that I was getting the lead technician and he would diagnosis it correctly. That brought me so much comfort. Orval and his assistant came out and they were outstanding! They replaced my burners and fixed my furnace. They were knowledgeable and fantastic to work with. I am so happy the other guy referred me to you guys. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone I know that has heating or cooling issues. I am glad I now have a great company that I can depend on for these services. I about replaced a furnace that didn't need replaced because of the other company's diagnosis. I am very thankful for Baxter Comfort Solutions!

Dylan was very professional and was able to diagnose my problem right away. Got the parts on order and was installing the next day.
