We have a 1-year old and our furnace went out on Sunday night. Orval, our technician, was at our house by 1:30 pm the following day and it was fixed by 4:30. We’re so grateful to BCS and Orval for their expertise, kindness and response!

We have used Baxter Comfort Solutions now for about five years. We heard about them through a direct mailing, and I'm so glad we did. Each person that has come into our house has been so good to work with. There is no pressure to do anything, they are down to earth, and we feel like we've been taken care of honestly and fairly. Orval has been here several times, and he is exceptional. Just an all around good guy, and he knows what he's doing. He took the time to explain several things to us and made sure our questions were all answered. I have never felt pressure to buy something we did not need. Baxter has never tried to up sell us. We really appreciate their dedication to good service at a fair price. They have a small town feel which we love.

Noah arrived on time, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He replaced a capacitor, for the blower motor. We asked about a WI-FI thermostat and he had one in the truck, which he installed and helped to set up.

In my 60 years, I have had several HVAC companies and none have treated me like Baxter Comfort Solutions does. They are thorough, expert technicians that actually do something right. Many service contracts come and take readings and call it done, but not BCS. They clean, tune up, test AND take readings. They treat me like family and my search for a great company is done.
