Orvil is concientous and caring about both his work and his clients. He makes sure all is explained in easy-to-follow jargon and he makes sure no problems or questions remain when he leaves the job at hand.

The gentleman was very informative and understanding of our situation and thought (as it seemed at the time) that just replacing the capacitor fixed the problem, but by 10 hours later, the furnace was having issues again and by the next afternoon (Sunday), it died again in the same manner that inspired Saturday's early call for help. We knew that a call to you would involve emergency pricing, that we couldn't afford, and you likely have to replace the motor, again that we don't know how to cover yet

They showed up minutes after I called on a minor issue that was more in depth than anyone thought, persisted and solved it promptly. Granted, it wasn’t a hot or cold snap, so I wouldn’t expect minutes response in any instance, but it was incredibly convenient for this event.

We had a furnace go bad, and Dylan was here the same day and had a new furnace installed the next day. He also serviced our AC while he was here. That was very thoughtful, we love combining efforts. Thanks Dylan.

Dylan knows his stuff...and he's very personable, too. I think the service provide by the company is excellent and I like that we bought the service agreement. We got notified that it was time for a check....which is great because we would have totally forgotten to have it checked prior to air conditioning season.
