I have never had a heating and cooling company that acted like they cared until I called Baxter Comfort Service. Great scheduling, a few texts when they offered to come earlier which worked for me, Noah showed up exactly on time and started right in and he explained what he did and what it needed. No pressure sales but offer to join the comfort club system which I did for peace of mind maintenance.

Orval was great. He got our boiler fixed up and running great when others couldn’t. He definitely went above and beyond for us. BCS in general was also great. We received emails and texts for reminders/confirming our appointment.

I had a home boiler problem the other night and so the next morning I called BCS and they were able to send Orval out that day to assess the situation. It wasn’t the greatest of news but you could tell how much he sympathized for us and treated us very well through the whole fix and afterwards. The service was excellent for being a pricey situation
