Noah was a true professional. He was beyond prompt, as he called and let me know he would arrive earlier than our scheduled appointment. Once he arrived he went right to work, and then gave me his “professional” opinion regarding my (20) year old furnace. I requested a cleaning/tune up which he could have done, and then charged me for the service, but instead he explained to me why he didn’t. Noah then was extremely thorough explaining (3) options I would have for a “new” furnace and air conditioner.

Orval from Baxter comfort solutions is very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a 4 year old AC poop out on us during the hottest week of the year and he got us up and running right away. He found the issue, tracked down our warranty, and replaced the part even though it was a brand they don’t sell. Very professional and will use him to keep our equipment running efficiently for the future.

I called at 7:30 I’m the morning due to the AC not working and they were able to be at my house between 4:00-6:00 same day! Quick fix! Orval was amazing and fixed the AC in 20 minutes!
